Heard learned counsel for the appellants and learned counsel for the respondents.
We permit the learned counsel for the appellants to rely on the evidence as according to him even today minor daughter of late Kirti J.Vora namely Komal Vora is under treatment and her medical bills will be produced by the next date of listing.
As far as medical bill of the appellant (Komal) is concerned, the same shall be verified from the legal heirs of the deceased and shall produce the same by next date of hearing by way of additional evidence under Order 41 Rule 27 C.P.Code.
List the matter on 27.10.2021 for hearing.
By that time Shri Gaur, Advocate and Shri A.K. Shukla, Advocate assisting V.K. Gupta, Advocate will go through the said documents.
