Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was appointed as Gram Rojgar Sewak in May, 2008 and continues to serve the respondents. A complaint was fabricated against the petitioner in regard to which reports have been made exonerating the petitioner. Despite such facts, the respondents are not paying honorarium to the petitioner nor any order has been passed removing the petitioner from the post.

Respondent nos.1 to 5 would be represented by the Standing counsel.

Issue notice to respondent no.6, returnable in four weeks.
