1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed to direct respondent no. 1 to pay the amount of interest on the gratuity amount.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Mr. Hardik Raval, learned counsel for respondent no. 1 submitted that the amount of gratuity has been deposited on 11.01.2012, with a view to prefer an appeal before the concerned Court. In support of his say, he had placed on record the communication dated 09.02.2012 issued by the Controlling Authority, Gandhidham Kutch. In view of the aforesaid statement, this petition is not entertained. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
