1. Heard Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.
2. Petitioner claimed that it has allowed admissions to reserved category candidates as per Government Policy. Thereunder, fees was not to be paid by candidates but to be reimbursed by State Government. Admissions were granted by petitioner but State Government has not reimbursed fees as well as scholarship amount.
3. In my view, matter need be examined by the concerned Authority at the first instance.
4. Without expressing any opinion on the merits, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondents-Competent Authority to look into the matter and pass a reasoned order within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
5. It is made clear that this order shall not be construed as expression of opinion with regard to entitlement of petitioner for claiming any amount but it shall be examined by Competent Authority independently on the basis of material available before it and in accordance with law.
