JUDGMENT / ORDER

Present application has been filed by the applicant for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Criminal Procedure Code in connection with FIR being I-C.R.No.166 of 2010 registered with Vijapur Police Station for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b) and 29 of NDPS Act.
Learned counsel Mr.Vijay Patel for HL Patel advocates seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file fresh application after the charge-sheet is filed. Permission granted. Present application stands disposed of as withdrawn. Rule discharged.
