Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri Anurag Pathak, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Abhinav Prasad, learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The correction application has been moved for correction in the order dated 9.4.2019 passed by this Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the memo of bail application during the course of the day.
The correction application is allowed and the order dated 9.4.2019 is corrected as under:
"In 4th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 9.4.2019 Section 337 IPC is deleted and in its place Section 377 IPC is substituted,in 1st line of 5th paragraph of the same order the name of applicant no.1 Akhilesh is deleted and in its place the name of applicant no.1, Faizan is substituted and in 2nd line of last paragraph applicant nos. 2 & 4 are deleted and in its place applicant nos. 3 & 4 are substituted and the same shall be read as such."
Accordingly the correction application stands disposed off.
