The petitioner has not even replied to the notice. The impugned notice may be either replied otherwise the authorities may take action as admissible under law.
We are not inclined to interfere at this stage against the impugned notice, which is challenged belatedly after a period of about eight months. At this stage it can not be said that no case is made out against the petitioner as there are several disputed question of fact mentioned in this writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed.
