This application is filed by the convict-prisoner through his sister-in-law (bhabhi) praying to release him on parole leave for thirty days on the ground that his mother is required to undergo operation of Pan Hystrectomy.
The party-in-person is present. She stated that her husband has expired and the present convict-prisoner is brother of her husband. It is also submitted by her that her mother-in-law is required to undergo operation and so presence of the present convict-prisoner is required for arranging the funds.
This Court has gone through the jail record. It transpires from it that when the convict-prisoner was released in the year 2000, he did not surrender in time and thereafter arrested by police after 327 days. Thereafter, again when he was released in 2004, he did not surrender in time and he was arrested by police after 2368 days. His jail conduct is also not good. Considering these facts, this application is rejected.
