Pursuant to order dated 15.4.2019, learned A.G.A. has obtained instructions and has produced medical reports, which discloses that the victim was admitted as a case of physical assault; and, further from the death summary report it appears that there was damage to the intestine.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw this petition.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
