Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Apurva Hajela, learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner is before this Court for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 31.07.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.1150 of 2015 (Faini Singh v. State of U.P. & Ors.).
On the matter being taken up today, instructions dated 28.05.2019 have been filed by learned Standing Counsel intimating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.
In view of above, nothing further survives on this petition and the same stands disposed of. Notices, if any, stand discharged.
