Faijmohd vs State

The applicant has filed this application for granting parole of fifteen days for the reason that he wants to approach the Apex Court for filing an appeal.

The record shows that earlier also the applicant was granted fifteen days' parole on the same ground. The applicant was absconding for 2368 days and was then arrested by the police.

Considering the above aspect and the past conduct of the applicant, this application is rejected.
