E.S.Indiresh, AGA) ...Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of Constitution of India, praying to declare that the acquisition proceedings initiated by the respondents preliminary notification dated 27.06.1978 which published in Karnataka Gazette dated 20.07.1978 vide Annexure-H. This was followed by way of issue of final notification dated 14.03.1985 vide Annexure-J have respectively lapsed in respect of property in question, as provided under section 24 (2) of the Right of Fair Compensation And Transparency In Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation And Resettlement Act, 2013 (Central Act No.30 of 2013), and consequently vide Annexures-H & J have become inoperative, in so far as the property in question i.e., (building). The House List No.11, Khata No.365/A of Nagawara Village, BBMP Khatha No.36/7/11, New No.162/36/7/11 in Sy.No.7 of Nagawara Village, 7th Cross, Nagawara Village, Kasaba Hobli, Ward No.25 at present 5th Block HBR Layout, Nagawara A.C.Post, Thanisandra, Bangalore East Taluk, consist of house, measuring 95 x 50 Sq feet together with building and etc., This Writ Petition is coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER On 11.07.2019, the following order was passed:
“Two weeks time is granted for compliance of office objection failing which writ petition shall be listed for orders on dismissal on 29.07.2019.”
2. Today also the petitioner has not complied the office objections. Accordingly, petition stands dismissed for non compliance of office objections.
