Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
By means of this writ petition the petitioner, who is a Survey Kanoongo and posted at Allahabad and has been attached to the office at Tehsil Karchhana, has prayed for a direction to the authority concerned to decide his representation.
Various reasons have been shown in the writ petition that the transfer of the petitioner to Karchhana will cause hardship to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made a representation to the authority concerned, which has remained pending.
Let the representation of the petitioner be considered and decided by the authority concerned, in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
