JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 9
Case :- WRIT - C No. - 24675 of 2019 Petitioner :- Fagna Respondent :- State Of U.P. And Another Counsel for Petitioner :- Rajiv Sisodia,Dhirendra Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Anjani Kumar Mishra,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
An application appears to have been made to the District Magistrate, Amroha to comply with an order passed by the Consolidation Officer.
Petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the District Magistrate, to decide the application.
In my considered opinion, the application made to the District Magistrate, Amroha is entirely misconceived. In case, there exists an order passed by the Consolidation Officer, which has not been complied with or implemented on the spot, the remedy available to the petitioner is by means an application under Rule 109A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Rules.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition entirely misconceived and is dismissed.
