THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition Nos.9954, 9078, 9645, 9089, 9882, 6211, 6214, 8382, 9157, 9134, 9135, 9141, 9143, 9191, 9258, 9273, 9880, 10190, 11322, 12065 and 12887 of 2014 Common Order: (per the Hon’ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) On identical issue, this Court has been pleased to pass an order on 20.6.2014 in Writ Petition No. 10942 of 2014, dismissing the aforesaid writ petition. The relevant portion of the said judgment is as follows:
In view of the Circular Memo No.
APPCB/HO/Unit-3/Legal Cases/ESR/ CSR-2014- 832, dated 13.06.2014, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.”
It is recorded by the aforesaid Circular dated 13.6.2014 that the earlier Circular which is challenged in these writ petitions has been withdrawn.
In view of the same, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment rendered in W.P. No. 10942 of 2014, dated 20.6.2014.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
