JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard.
The original applicants had approached this Court by way of filing Civil Application No. 9758 to 9761 of 2006 . Pending the applications, the original opponent passed away. Thereafter, the applications were dismissed on 18.07.2008 as the opponent could not be served.
The present application for joining legal heirs of the deceased opponent has come up on board today. Therefore, in order to avoid any complications, considering the averments made in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of para 6 (b) & (c ).
