1. The applicants have prayed for below mentioned relief:
"(A) Your Lordships may be pleased to recall/modify and set aside order dated 2/3/2012 passed by this Hon'ble Court in the captioned Special Civil Application whereby the same has been dismissed for default."
2. Heard Mr. Meena, learned Advocate.
3. Having regard to the averments made in the application and the submissions made by the learned Advocate for the applicants it comes out that the applicants have explained the cause for remaining absent at the time of hearing and sufficient cause to recall the order is made out. Hence, order dated 02.03.2012 is recalled and office is directed to restore Special Civil Application No.1035 of 2012 to its original file.
4. With the aforesaid clarification, the application is disposed of.
