Heard learned advocate for the applicant.
Interim relief in terms of paragraph 4(B) is granted on condition that the entire decretal amount with proportionate costs and interest is deposited before the trial Court within six weeks from today. On deposit of such amount, the trial Court is directed to disburse 30% of the total amount as per the impugned order. Remaining amount be invested in any nationalized bank initially for a period of three years and thereafter renewed from time to time till the final disposal of the first appeal and the periodical interest accrued from time to time be paid to the original plaintiffs.
This application is allowed accordingly.
