1. By an order dated 12.3.2012, this Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) has admitted the matter and granted ad-interim relief qua continuity of service on the condition that the respondent workman shall be reinstated in service within a period of three weeks from the date of the order i.e. 12.3.2012.
2. Pursuant to the notice of Rule issued by this Court, Mr. M.H. Rathod, learned advocate appears for the respondent workman.
3. Both the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties jointly state that the condition of reinstating the respondent workman as per the earlier order dated 12.3.2012 is complied with in all petitions.
4. In view of the above, the ad-interim relief qua continuity of service shall continue as interim relief till final disposal of this petition.
