Learned advocate shri Chauhan for Shri Munshaw submitted that the instructions are awaited so far as the second matter is concerned i.e. S.C.A. No.14274 of 2005 and he prays for time. The granting of time is opposed.
The Court is of the view that let there be a last chance and last adjournment, as the Court is already heard in fact the first matter i.e. S.C.A. No. 8182 of 2005 completely and the second matter i.e. S.C.A. No.14274 of 2005 was put up only on account of non appearance of the advocate. Therefore, the respondent, if they choses to appear, shall appear on the next date, or else the Court will pass order on merits. Hence, S.O. to 20.07.2012.
