These are applications for condonation of delay of 1211 days caused in filing the respective First Appeals. In view of the fact that the reasons stated in these applications have not been controverted by the otherside by filing affidavit and also in view of the principles governing the discretionary exercise of power under Sec.5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been stated for not filing the appeals in time and hence, delay caused in filing appeals is condoned and applications are allowed. Rule is made absolute.
Office is directed to list First Appeals for regular admission on 6-7-2012.
