Both these applications are filed u/s.5 of the Limitation Act, seeking condonation of delay of 19 days caused in preferring appeals, which are arising out of common judgment and award.
Having considered the submissions advanced, so also considering the averments made in the applications, which are supported by the affidavits of the applicants, this Court is of the opinion that the delay of 19 days caused in preferring the appeals has been sufficiently explained and the applications for condonation of delay, therefore, deserve to be allowed.
The applications are allowed and the delay of 19 days caused in filing the appeals, is condoned with no order as to costs.
Rule is made absolute.
