1. This Court (Coram: K.S. Jhaveri, J.) vide order dated 12.03.2012 was pleased to admit these petitions and grant ad-interim relief qua continuity of service on condition that the respondent-workmen shall be reinstated in service within a period of three weeks from the date of the said order. The matters were listed on 11.04.2012 and thereafter, the matters are listed today.
2. Mr.Rathod, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-workmen in each petition, states that the respondent-workmen have been reinstated.
3. Considering the fact that the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2012 in each petitions stands complied with, ad-interim relief granted earlier to continue as interim relief fill final disposal of these petitions.
