JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE C.L. SONI) Applicant seeks condoning delay of 366 days in filing first appeal. We find that the applicant has given sufficient cause which prevented him from filing the appeal within time. Accordingly, we allow this application and condone the delay of 366 days in filing the First Appeal. Rule is made absolute accordingly.
