Notice returnable on 15/6/2012. In the meantime the order impugned is impugned.

As this order is passed ex-parte, it goes without saying that it will be open to the respondents to approach the Court even prior to the earlier date of returnable date for vacating and or modifying aforesaid interim order, after making appropriate application and serving copy to the other side in advance.
