This appeal is directed against the interim order dated 6 March 2018 passed by a learned Judge of this Court in Writ - A No. 7240 of 2018 filed by respondent No.1 Smt. Santosh to challenge the order terminating the services.
It is stated by learned counsel for the appellant that though the petitioner was appointed on compassionate grounds but as fraud was detected, the services had been terminated and recovery of salary was also made.
The termination order does not indicate that any opportunity was provided to the appellant and in view of the fact that the appellant had been appointed in 2012, we do not consider it appropriate to interfere with the impugned order.
The special appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
