THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO QUASH THE ORDER PASSED BY R-1 IN CASE NO.357/2015 DATED 15.11.2016 VIDE ANNEXURE-P.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner and standing counsel for respondent No.1 namely, C Jagadish are present. However, there is no representation for respondent No.2. In the meanwhile, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not inclined to pursue with this petition and seeks permission to file a memo. He is permitted to do so. Accordingly, the memo is placed on record. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn as sought for in the memo dated 15.10.2019. Consequently, IA 1/2018 does not survive for consideration and accordingly stands rejected.
