Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shyam Narain, learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing the impugned order 06.11.2013, which was published on 21.05.2014 by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal (IV), Agra, in case no. 164 of 2000 (Shri Sajid Khan Vs. Executive Engineer, Aligarh Division, Ganga Canal, Aligar), (Annexure No.1 to the writ petition).
Matter requires consideration.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit, rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
List this matter after four weeks.
Till the next date of listing, the order impugned shall remain stayed, subject to deposition of Rs. 50,000/- in terms of said award, before the respondent no.1, within three weeks time from today.
