… Respondent These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the impugned order dated 06.12.2018 (produced as Annexure – A) passed by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru in C.P.(IB) No.146/BB/2018 and etc., These Petitions coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a memo seeking leave of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions.
The aforesaid memo is taken on record.
Accordingly, writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
Needless to state that in case petitioners file an appropriate application before the Registry for withdrawal of the amount, Registry shall pay the amount.
