JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to the 4th respondent in view of the order which is being passed.
2. By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 not to interfere in the financial dispute between the 4th respondent and petitioner's firm and further not to harass the petitioner. Petitioner's case is that the 4th respondent, who was the earlier partner of the firm, has left the firm and has made certain complaints with regard to the petitioner's establishment.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that informations were received from public that the petitioner is charging higher rate of interest and in connection with which the establishment of the petitioner was raided. It is submitted that as and when needed, petitioner shall be called in connection with the investigation WP(C) No. 29485 of 2014 -:2:-
and there is no point of any harassment at the hands of police authorities.
3. In view of the facts as noted above, we are of the view that it is not a case of harassment. We only observe that the police authorities shall carry out the investigation strictly in accordance with the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure.
With the above observation, the Writ Petition is closed.
