ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court by order dated 03.08.2018, directed the office to issue draft by fixing the date of hearing. However, for the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with C.A.No.1331/2014, the steps for advertisement could not be taken within the period prescribed. Learned counsel submits that requisite steps shall be taken within a period of four weeks.
