JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has submitted Ext.P6 complaint to respondents 1 and 2 inter alia complaining about the constructions made by party respondents 3 to 6. Petitioner has inter alia sought for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P6 and to take appropriate action in the matter.
2. Taking into consideration the nature of judgment I intend to pass, no notice is being issued to party respondents 3 to 6. Learned Standing Counsel appears on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.
3. Heard.
4. The main contention urged by the petitioner is regarding the illegal constructions being made by the party respondents. If the constructions are illegal and it is brought to the notice of the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is bound to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
I am not expressing any opinion on the merits of the contentions urged by the petitioner.
In the result, this writ petition is disposed of as under:
The 2nd respondent is directed to consider Ext.P6 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
