When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 15.03.2016, in W.P.(MD)No.20374 of 2015, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in e.K.vz;.6041/M1/2009> dated 22.02.2017. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
