JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard both sides.
2. This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent and his officials not to harass the Petitioner and his family members unnecessarily against law under the guise of enquiry.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, one Saravana Kumar has filed a complaint against one Thangamurugan and on the basis of the said complaint, the petitioner has been harassed.
4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the said Saravana Kumar, enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the petitioner viz., Saravanakumar himself has given a written request not to take any action on his petition and on the basis of the same, it was closed. He has also produced a copy of the written request given by the petitioner therein.
4. In view of the same, there is no necessity to issue a direction in this Criminal Original Petition. Hence, the same is closed.
