This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 224 of 2010 of III-Town Police Station, Eluru, West Godavari district, for offence under section 3 and 4 of A.P.Gaming Act.

3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that according to his instructions received in the year 2012, Police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet into court and CC number is awaited.
4. Since Police have completed investigation in the year 2012 itself and filed charge sheet into court, this criminal petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet.
