The dispute raised in the writ petition is with respect to the assessment years 2002-03 and 2004-05; specifically the eligibility of the petitioner to settle the dues under the Amnesty Scheme. 2. It is seen from the statement filed on behalf of the respondents, that, one of the partners of the firm had applied for Amnesty Scheme and settled the arrears for the years 2002-03 and 2004-05. The Government also specifically avers, in the statement, that, no outstanding amounts are due in the said two assessment years.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition stands closed as infructuous.
