JUDGMENT / ORDER

Specific performance is an equitable remedy and the court below has thought it fit to direct the parties to suffer their respective costs. The court below has exercised its discretion in directing the parties to suffer their respective costs taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case. I am not inclined to think that the court below has exercised its discretion in an arbitrary and capricious manner as to warrant interference in this supervisory jurisdiction.
The decree in so far as it directs the parties to suffer their respective costs calls for no interference in this Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed.
