Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Petitioner alleges that he was awarded a work order by the District Supply Officer for making corrections in the Ration Card and feeding of Aadhar Card in Ration Cards. But the payment against the bill raised for doing the aforesaid work has not been made.
The petitioner has made a representation for the release of payment to the District Magistrate on 31.05.2018.
We, accordingly, dispose of this writ petition directing the District Magistrate to look into the matter and pass an appropriate order on the above representation of the petitioner most expeditiously, if possible, within a period of six weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of.
