JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to grant permission for conducting program of Adalpadal on 29.01.2017 in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.
2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondent.
3.It is seen from the records that on 02.01.2017 the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent and the same has not been considered and therefore the following order can be passed.
4.In fine, this writ petition is allowed in part without costs and the respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Courtalam Police Station is directed to look into the representation dated 02.01.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of three days.
