We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition as against the impugned notice, a statutory remedy of appeal is available. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, it is open for the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum, if so advised, in accordance with law.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
