This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in disconnecting the agricultural power connection bearing Service Connection No.RO-19252 of the petitioner without giving any notice.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the writ petition and in pursuance of the order dated 06.10.2010 of this Court, the power connection of the petitioner is restored and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
3. Recording the said statement of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
