JUDGMENT:
This civil miscellaneous appeal arises out of order, dated 15.06.2011, in I.A.No.1327 of 2009, in O.S.No.244 of 2009, on the file of the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur.
Sri T.Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the appellant, has addressed a letter, dated 05.06.2014, to the Registry wherein he has stated that the dispute has been settled between the parties and therefore, his client seeks to withdraw the CMA. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant has reiterated the said request.
Hence, the CMA is dismissed as withdrawn.
