Janardhan Rao, learned counsel for the 2nd petitioner and the letter addressed by the parties dated 10.07.2014, which is made available before this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioners, seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
