Bengaluru-55 (By Sri Chetan Desai, HCGP) ...PETITIONER ...RESPONDENT This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.37/2016 of Malleshwaram Police Station, Bengaluru City and in Spl.C.C.No.417/2016 pending on the file of Principal City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 454, 457, 380, 381, 461, 166, 120(B), 201 R/w. Section 109 of I.P.C. and 2 Sections 13(1)(D), 13(2) of Prevention of Corruption Act and Sections 3(1)(ii), 3(2), 3(4), 3(5) of Karnataka Control of Organized Crimes Act, 2000 and Rules 115 and 23 of Karnataka Education Act, 1983.
This petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a memo seeking withdrawal of the petition.
2. Perused the said memo.
3. In view of the memo, petition is disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to move fresh bail application before the Sessions Court.
4. Reserving such liberty, petition is disposed of.
