This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd Respondent and 3rd Respondents to remove the heavy load over head wire passing through the land of the petitioner found in Survey No.23/8C situated at Kazhuneerkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tirunelveli District for transmitting heavy loaded electricity energy from Kazhuneerkulam Village to Pavoor Chathiram by erecting High Energy Electricity Tower without obtaining No Objection from the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court to approach the concerned authorities so as to place all the materials and facts and circumstances of the case, related to payment of compensation.
3. In view of the above submission, this petition is closed, with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner and in the event of the petitioner approaching the authorities in respect of her claim, the same shall be considered and decision be taken thereon on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
