Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some errors have crept in in the affidavit and, therefore, does not wish to press this writ petition in the present form and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with the liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one.
The writ petition, with the aforesaid liberty, is dismissed.
