This Contempt Petition is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this court in MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 in WP(MD)No.2049 of 2015, dated 17.02.2015.
2.Mr.S.Satheesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the interim stay order passed in the above petition, dated 17.02.2015 was communicated to the respondent and only thereafter, the compound wall of the petitioner has been demolished.
3.Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the respondent/contemnor had knowledge about the interim stay order passed by this court only on 19.02.2015.
4.Since, there is no material on record to show that after the interim stay order passed by this court was communicated to the respondent, he demolished the compound wall of the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed. Consequently, connected Sub Application is also closed. No costs.
