Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at present the petitioner is not carrying out the dumping of piling waste on account of the stop memo issued on 26.9.2014. It is submitted that they have already taken steps against the stop memo by challenging the same.
3. In view of the above submission, we do not see any reason to continue the writ petition seeking police protection for dumping of piling waste.
The writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to take such action as permissible under law.
