CIVIL MISC CORRECTION APPLICATION NO. 2 OF 2019 This is an application for correction of the order dated 8.4.2019, whereby the applicant has prayed for correction by incorporating Writ-C No. 39355 of 2018 in place of Writ -C No. 11670 of 2019 in the second line of second paragraph of the order dated 8.4.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the order.
In 2nd line of 2nd paragraph of our order dated 8.4.2019, "Wrti-C No. 11670 of 2019" be read as "Writ C No. 39355 of 2018". The order is thus corrected.
The application is allowed.
