On the last occasion when the matter was listed on 3rd September, 2013, the learned advocate for the petitioner was not present hence, the matter was adjourned to 24th September, 2013. At this stage, on behalf of Mr. Suraj Shukla, learned advocate for the petitioner, a request is made for adjournment on the ground that the learned advocate is out of station.
